Enrollment is EASY as 1-2-3

In line with the recent COVID-19 developments in our municipality, the Calauag Central College would like to announce that classes will be moved to January 24, 2022 to give way for the school maintenance and sanitation.

Due to Quezon Province is currently under Alert Level 3, the school will be operating with a small number of personnel.

We encourage all students to enroll online via our CCC Online Grado system.

A minimum pf Php 2,000 is accepted as tuition fee down-payment provided that the balance from the previous semester has been settled. You conveniently pay using GCASH and also, the school will accept ON-SITE payments from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM Monday to Friday. Make sure your ONLINE ENROLLMENT has been tagged as "ASSESSED" before going to the school to pay.

 Step 1: Login and Verify

  • Log in to your account in Grado.

  • Proceed to My Profile.

  • Verify your degree and specialization

  • You should be tagged as “eligible” to be able to enroll.


 Step 2: Enlist and Reserve

  • Proceed to enroll.

  • Double check enrollment confirmation before proceeding.

  • For Regular Students: Click “Find section with pre-enlisted classes” and select a section to enlist
    For Non-regular Students: You could either “Find a class” to enlist or “Search for other classes” if not listed.

  • Review your Schedule Table to avoid conflict or overlapping classes.

  • You can check the Classes offered for this Semester or your Curriculum Checklist List to make sure you enlisted the right class. To check click here for BSBA, BSED or BEED.

  • Proceed to the next step to reserve enlisted classes.

  • Click “Request for Assessment”.

    (Wait while the Registrar process your assessment.)


 Step 3: Payment

  • Go to the enroll page.

  • After Assessment, status will change to ASSESSED, then you can proceed for payment.

  • Walk-in Cash or Cheque payments, proceed to Calauag Central College Cashier Department.

  • Pay thru GCASH +63 977 051 4443 (account name JOSE III A.) Send a screenshot confirmation message to CCC Facebook Page

  • When payment is received, your status will change to Enrolled.

This is to inform you that GCASH payment is now accepted, send a screenshot of the confirmation to CCC Facebook page. The school will accept also accept ON-SITE payments from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM. Prior to payment, make sure that your ONLINE ENROLLMENT REQUEST is duly APPROVED and marked "ASSESSED" by the GRADO administrator.
